Cancellation of hours:
- We note that cancellation of the agreed hour can only be done by telephone (not by email)
- Cancellation of one hour / consultation must be done on business days (Monday-Friday), no later than 24 hours in advance
- Long dental lessons (over 60 minutes) must be canceled 48 hours in advance. Special rules apply for cancellation of an anesthetic period. Ask your dentist
